No One Is (Only) Beautiful (2020)

Not everyone is beautiful. If we were, beauty would lose its value. Rather, everybody is ugly in different ways and amounts. As teens, we are sometimes defined by our physical insecurities, as this whole period of our lives is a beauty contest. Many of our flaws are small things that go unnoticed by others but seem horrible to us. By validating them, we end up acting uglier than we really are. This series aims to show everyone (but mostly those who were photographed) how insignificant their flaws are. The people in the photographs are between 17 and 23 years old.
